Our approach

Facilitation skill is not limited to making PowerPoint presentation only. It include the way we present
ourselves, our extempore presentation and the way we influence others during our interactions.
This require practice and guidance to improvise.

Pre Workshop

-Each participant need to prepare a presentation on any interesting topic, same will be used during
the workshop for practice purpose.
-You will be learning and understanding the basics of adult learning theory and how to prepare for,
and facilitate, a training program, developing learning objectives with correct delivery methods and
evaluating the impact of your training initiatives
-You will learn and apply techniques for managing participants, engaging different learning styles
creating a positive learning environment, and managing classroom challenges. Our aim is to design
and develop engaging training solutions that are learner-centered.
